CHAP. 161.— An Act For the relief of John M. Rice.July 24, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John S. Bradford.Sureties on bond released. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand eight hundred dollars to John M. Rice, to be in full of expenses incurred by him as contestee in the Forty-first Congress. Approved, July 24, 1894.
