CHAP. 154.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion standing against the-name of Joseph G. Utter.July 23, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph G. Utter.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion standing against the name of Joseph G. Utter, late a music boy, general service, United States Army, and to issue to him an honorable discharge; and that the said Joseph G.
Utter beheld to have been regularly mustered into Company F, Fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, as of the date of such discharge, and that he be granted an honorable discharge therefrom. Approved, July 23, 1894.
