CHAP. 153.— An Act For the relief of Mathew S. Priest.March 1, 1895 *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mathew S. Priest.Payment to. That the sum of three hundred and seventy-five dollars be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to compensate Mathew S. Priest for services rendered by him for the Government of the United States from the sixteenth day of March to the seventeenth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, as engineer of the steamers Silver Wave and Moderator, in passing the batteries of Vicksburg, Warrenton, and Grand Gulf, and for repairing steamers.
