CHAP. 143.— An Act Authorizing the county of Coconino, Territory of Arizona, to issue bonds for the construction of a county building at the county seat thereof.July 18, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Arizona.Coconino County may issue bonds for building. That the board of supervisors of the county of Coconino, Territory of Arizona, be, and is hereby, authorized to issue bonds of the said county not exceeding fifteen thousand dollars in amount payable in not less than two or more than ten years, and bearing interest at a rate not exceeding five per centum per annum, for the construction of a county building at the county seat of said county.
