CHAP. 142.— An Act For the relief of Dennis McIntyre.February 28, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,,Dennis McIntyre.Credit allowed in postal accounts. That the Auditor of the Post--Office Department be, and is hereby, authorized and directed, in making a settlement with Dennis McIntyre, postmaster at Mackinac Island, Mackinac County, Michigan, to allow him a credit of one thousand nine hundred and ninety-one dollars and eighty-two cents for postage stamps and postal funds, and a further credit of fifty-three dollars and fourteen 1036FIFTY-THIRD CONGRESS.
Sess. III. Chs. 142, 143, 151, 152. 1895. cents for money-order funds, stolen from said office on the night of September seventeenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, through no fault of the said Dennis McIntyre. Approved, February 28, 1895.
