CHAP. 139.— An Act To remove the political disabilities of Charles Iverson Graves, of Home, in the State of Georgia.July 16, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles Iverson Graves.Political disabilities removed. That all political disabilities imposed by the third section of the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States be, and the same are hereby, removed from Charles Iverson Graves, of Rome, State of Georgia.
