CHAP. 136.— An Act Granting a pension to Caroline E. Wessells.February 26, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Caroline E. Wessells.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Caroline E. Wessells, widow of Brevet Brigadier-General Henry W. Wessells, late of Connecticut, and to pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars a month. Approved, February 26, 1895.
