Massachusetts.January 22, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Butler Flats, MassLight and fog signal station established.*Post*, p. 915. That there be established, on or near Butler Flats, entrance to the lower harbor of New Bedford, Massachusetts, a light and fog-signal station, at a cost not to exceed forty-five thousand dollars.
