CHAP. 128.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Wells Johnson.July 9, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Wells Johnson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Wells Johnson, of Ripley County, Indiana, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, July 9, 1894.
