CHAP. 124.— An Act For the relief of the sureties of Dennis Murphy.July 3, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Dennis Murphy.Sureties released from liabilities That the sureties of Dennis Murphy, who was formerly paymaster and military storekeeper at the national armory at Harpers Ferry, Virginia, upon his official bond to the United States as such paymaster and military storekeeper executed on the twenty eighth day of April, eighteen hundred and fifty eight, be, and the same are hereby, relieved and released from any and all liabilities by reason of such suretyship. Approved, July 3, 1894.
