CHAP. 123.— An Act To provide that a term of the circuit and district court of the United. States for the district of Vermont may be held at Montpelier.July 3, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Vermont judicial district.Terms, Montpelier.[R. S., sec. 572, p. 101; sec. 658, p. 122](/us/rs/t/s572/p101/s658/p122). That hereafter in each year one of the stated terms of the circuit and district court for the district of Vermont may, when adjourned, be adjourned to meet at Montpelier. Sec. 2. That all Acts and parts of Acts in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed. Approved, July 3, 1894.
