CHAP. 123.— An Act Granting a pension to Pauline M. Pooler.February 22, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Pauline M. Pooler.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the name of Mrs. Pauline M. Pooler, of Caledonia, Ohio, dependent mother of Lawson E. Pooler, late a private in Company D, Second Regiment Ohio Volunteer *Proviso*.Condition.Cavalry: *Provided*, That if the widow of the soldier on account of whose services this pension is granted, should ever be granted a pension on his account, that the pension hereby granted shall cease.
