CHAP. 121.— An Act To pension Samuel F. Tenant.February 21, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel F. Tenant.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, at a rate proportionate to the degree of disability from gunshot wound of right hip, received in the battle of Panther Creek, Kentucky, on September twentieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel F. Tenant, late of Company F, Fourth Indiana Legion State Militia. Approved, February 21, 1895.
