CHAP. 116.— An Act To pension Lucy Brown, dependent foster mother.June 23, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lucy Brown.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension- FIFTY-THIRD CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 116, 124, 128, 130, 139, 145. 1894.989 laws, the name of Lucy Brown, dependent foster mother of Aaron B. Divinny, late of Company B, Ninety-first Regiment Indiana Infantry, in the war of the rebellion. Approved, June 23, 1894.
