CHAP. 111.— An Act For the relief of Francis M. Tomlin.June 20, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Francis M. Tomlin.Refund to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Francis M. Tomlin, of Columbia County, Arkansas, one hundred and eighty-six dollars, erroneously paid to the United States for the east half of the southeast quarter, the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter, and the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section thirty-five, township nineteen south, range twenty-two west of the fifth principal meridian, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
