CHAP. 11.— An Act For the relief of David B. Gottwals.January 15, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,David B. Gottwals.Real estate purchased by, relieved from forfeiture.Vol. 24, p. 470. That all real estate lying in the District of Columbia, heretofore purchased by and conveyed to David B. Gottwals, of said District, prior to the passage of this act, be relieved and exempted from all forfeitures heretofore incurred by the operation of an act entitled “An act to restrict the ownership of real estate in the Territories to American citizens,” approved March third, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven.
