CHAP. 104.— An Act To relieve Abraham D. Prince.February 19, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Abraham D. Prince. That all real estate lying inReal estate purchased by, released from forfeiture. the District of Columbia heretofore purchased by and conveyed to Abraham D. Prince be, and the same is hereby, relieved and exempted from the operations of an Act entitled “ An Act to restrict the ownershipVol. 24, p. 476. of real estate in the Territories to American citizens,” approved March third, anno Domini eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, and all forfeitures incurred by force of said Act in respect to such real estate be, and the same are hereby, remitted.
