CHAP. 92.— An Act granting a pension to Joseph Fortier.February 11, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph Fortier.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at a rate proportionate to the degree of disability from gunshot wound of left ankle, the name of Joseph Fortier, late a private in Renville Rangers, company of Minnesota Militia Volunteers.
