CHAP. 81.— An Act to amend an act entitled “An act to authorize the building of a railroad bridge at Little Rock, Arkansas.”February 11, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Bridge across Arkansas River at Little Rock. ark.Vol. 26, p. 797. That section seven of an act entitled “An act to authorize the building of a railroad bridge at Little Rock. Arkansas,” approved March second, eighteen hundred and ninety-one, be amended so as to read as follows:
" This act shall be null and void, if construction on said bridge shallTime for construction extended. not be commenced on or before January first, eighteen hundred and ninety-four, and completed on or before January first, eighteen hundred and ninety-six; and all the benefits of this act shall enure and belong to the Little Rock Bridge and Terminal Railway Company, a corporation existing under the laws of Arkansas, its successors or assigns:*Proviso*.Unobstructed navigation. *Provided*, The navigation of the Arkansas River shall not be obstructed by false work during the construction of said bridge.
