Kolter.February 9, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frederick E. Kolter.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to grant an honorable discharge to Frederick E. Kolter (alias Frederick Kolter), of Wapakoneta, Ohio, late a musician in Company K, Thirty-seventh Ohio Volunteer Infantry, as of the date of February seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-two. Approved, February 9, 1893.
