CHAP. 79.— An Act for the relief of holders of drawback certificates issued under an act of Congress approved June second, eighteen hundred and ninety.May 25, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,District of Columbia. Drawback certificates receivable for all taxes. Vol. 26, p. 124. *Proviso*. Limit receivable. That the drawback certificates issued under an act of Congress approved June second, eighteen hundred and ninety, shall be received in payment of all general taxes due the District of Columbia, in addition to the arrears of taxes for which they are now receivable: *Provided*, That not to exceed one half the amount of said certificates outstanding shall be so received during the fiscal year to end June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, and the amount not then received shall be receivable for current taxes of and during the subsequent fiscal year.
