CHAP. 62.— An Act to provide for the enlargement of the military post at Fort Wayne, Michigan.February 4, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Fort Wayne, Mich. That to enable the Secretary of War to enlarge the military post at Fort Wayne, Michigan, he is Acceptance of land to enlarge post.hereby authorized to accept, free of cost to the United States, such tract of land adjoining the post of Fort Wayne as in his judgment shall be well adapted and in all respects suitable for military purposes: *Proviso*.Title.*Provided*, That the title shall have been declared valid by the Attorney-General of the United States.
Sec. 2. That in acquiring land for the enlargement of the militaryProcedure. post of Fort Wayne, the Secretary of War is authorized to proceed as provided in acquiring land for the enlargement of the military post at Vol. 26, p. 734.*Proviso*.To be without cost.Plattsburg, New York, by act approved March third, eighteen hundred and ninety-one: *Provided*, That said land shall be acquired without cost to the United States. Approved, February 4, 1893.
