CHAP. 50.— An Act to change the times for holding the circuit and district courts of the United States for the western district of Missouri.April 19, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Missouri western judicial district. Terms of court. R. S., secs. 572, 658, pp. 100, 121, Vol. 26, p. 269. Kansas City. That from and after the first day of duly, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, the terms of the circuit and district courts of the United States for the western district of Missouri shall begin and be held as follows:
At Kansas City, on the fourth Monday in April and the first Monday in November annually. At Saint Joseph, on the first Monday in March and the third MondaySaint Joseph. in September annually. At Springfield, on the first Monday in April and the first Monday inSpringfield. October annually. At Jefferson City, on the third Monday in March and the third MondayJefferson City. in October annually. Sec. 2. That no action, suit, proceeding, information, indictment,Pending proceedings not affected. recognizance, bail bond, or other process in either of said courts shall abate or be rendered invalid by reason of the change of time in the holding of the terms of said courts, but the same shall be deemed to be returnable to, pending, and triable at the terms herein provided for.
Sec. 3. That all acts or parts of acts inconsistent herewithRepeal. are here by repealed. Approved, April 19, 1892.
