CHAP. 4.— An Act for the relief of the University of the State of Missouri.February 4, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,University of State of Missouri. That the Secretary of War be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to relieve the University of the State of Missouri, at Columbia, Missouri, from all money responsibility for so much of the ordnance and ordnance stores issued to saidRelieved from responsibility for ordnance, etc. university, under its bond, dated April seventh, eighteen hundred and eighty-six, as was destroyed by fire on January ninth, eighteen hundred and ninety-two.
