CHAP. 395.— An Act granting a pension to Bertha Test.August 5, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Bertha Test.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Bertha Test, widow of Charles S. Test, deceased, late lieutenant in the One hundred and sixteenth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, in the war of eighteen hundred and sixty one, and to pay her a pension of twelve dollars per month, in lieu of any pension to which she may be entitled under existing laws.
