CHAP. 391.— An Act to correct the military record of Jesse C. Taylor, Sixth Tennessee Cavalry.August 5, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jesse C. Taylor.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to remove from the rolls and records in the office of the Adjutant-General of the United States Army the charge of desertion now standing on said rolls and records against Jesse C. Taylor, late of Company E, Sixth Tennessee Cavalry. Approved, August 5, 1892.
