CHAP. 388.— An Act to pension Mrs Caroline A. Smith, widow of Philander Smith, of West Tisbury, Massachusetts.August 5, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Caroline A. Smith.Pension. The the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Caroline A. Smith, widow of Philander Smith, late of the ship Edward, Mexican war, and allow her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, August 5, 1892.
