CHAP. 377.— An Act granting a pension to Ellen Carpenter.August 4, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ellen Carpenter.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Ellen Carpenter, widow of Patrick Carpenter, late of Company B. Third United States Infantry (Florida war), and to pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars a month. Approved, August 4, 1892.
