CHAP. 372.— An Act for the relief of Samuel Howard.August 3, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel Howard.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Samuel Howard, of Henderson County, Tennessee, the sum of six hundred and ninety-two dollars, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full for property taken from him by the forces of the United States and applied to the use of the Army of the United States. Approved, August 3, 1892.
