CHAP. 371.— An Act for the relief of Quincy McNeil.August 3, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Quincy McNeil.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to correct the record of the dismissal of Quincy McNeil, major of the thirty-ninth Regiment of United States Colored Troops, and issue to him an honorable discharge from the Army, to date February twentieth anno Domini eighteen hundred and sixty-live. Approved, August 3, 1892.
