CHAP. 37.— An Act establishing a port of delivery at Des Moines, Iowa.April 7, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Des Moines, Iowa. Immediate transportation privileges to. Vol. 21, p. 174. That Des Moines, in the State of Iowa, be, and is hereby, constituted a port of delivery, and that the privileges of the seventh section of the act approved June tenth, eighteen hundred and eighty, governing the transportation of dutiable merchandise without appraisement, be, and the same are hereby, extended to said port.
Sec. 2. That there shall be appointed a surveyor of customs to reside at said port whose salary shall be the usual fees, and commissions. Approved, April 7, 1892.
