CHAP. 366.— An Act granting a pension to Florence Esther Williams, the blind daughter of Henry D. Williams, late a private in Company F, Sixty fourth Regiment Illinois Volunteers.August 3, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Florence Esther Williams.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Florence Esther Williams, the. blind daughter of Henry D.
Williams, late a private in Company F, Sixty-fourth Regiment Illinois Volunteers, and grant her a pension of fourteen dollars per month, from the date of the passage of this act. Approved, August 3, 1892.
