CHAP. 365.— An Act granting a pension to Mary C. Smith.August 3, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary C. Smith.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary C. Smith, the dependent and helpless daughter of Michael Smith, a deceased honorably discharged soldier, late a private in Company C, One hundred and twenty-fifth New York Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, August 3, 1892.
