CHAP. 363.— An Act to amend the military record of De Loss CramerAugust 3, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Semite and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,De Loss Cramer.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and ho hereby is, authorized and directed to correct the military record of De Loss Cramer, late lieutenant of Company F. Fourteenth Regiment New York Volunteers, and to issue, to said Cramer an honorable No pay, etc.discharge, but the said Cramer shall not be entitled to any pay or emoluments on account of the passage of this act. Approved, August 3, 1892.
