CHAP. 35.— An Act granting an increase of pension to William C. Tarkington.January 12, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William C. Tarkington.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William C. Tarkington, of Indianapolis, Indiana, late captain and quartermaster in the volunteer service of the United States during the war of the rebellion, and to pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
