CHAP. 343.— An Act granting a pension to William Oscar Stanley.July 30, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Oscar Stanley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension rolls the name of William Oscar Stanley, of Des Moines, Iowa, imbecile son of Nathan T. Stanley, late of Company H, Eighty second Regiment of Ohio Infantry Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month from and after the passage of this act, and pay the same to his legally constituted guardian.
