CHAP. 338.— An Act granting a pension to James Reed, juniorJuly 30, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Reed, jr.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Reed, junior, who enlisted in the United States Navy June twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, and served on the ships Columbus, Ohio, and Hudson, and was discharged from the latter vessel November fifteenth, eighteen hundred and thirty eight, by order of the Department, he being unfit for service on account of a rupture.
