CHAP. 335.— An Act granting a pension to John Mercer.July 30, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Mercer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Mercer, of Brooks County, Georgia, late a private in Captain Redding’s company of the First Florida Cavalry in the war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, July 30, 1892.
