CHAP. 33.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Jennie Gray.January 12, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jennie Gray.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jennie Gray, as widow of S. D. Smith, late surgeon of the Forty-first Regiment of Wisconsin Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 12, 1893.
