CHAP. 324.— An Act granting a pension to Eliza Smith.July 29, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza Smith.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza Smith, who was the widow of Frederick Sheckler, late orderly sergeant of Company K, One hundred and fifty-fifth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers. Approved, July 29, 1892.
