CHAP. 318.— An Act providing for the relief of William C. Spencer, of Maryland, late Captain Seventeenth Infantry, United States Army.July 28, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William C. Spencer.May be appointed captain on Army retired list. That the President of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to nominate and, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to appoint William C.
Spencer, late a Captain in the Seventeenth Infantry, United States Army, a Captain in the Army, and when so appointed to place him on the unlimited list of retired officers of the Army, with rank and pay from the date of his appointment and retirement under the provisions of this act. Approved, July 28, 1892.
