CHAP. 31.— An Act to authorize the appointment of clerk for the circuit and District courts in the Texarkana division of the eastern district of Arkansas.April 1, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Arkansas, eastern judicial district. Clerks at Texarkana. That there shall be appointed in the eastern district of Arkansas one additional clerk of the district court and one of the circuit court, who shall reside and keep their offices at Texarkana. Approved, April 1, 1892.
