CHAP. 307.— An Act granting a pension to Louis Heninger, of Saint Louis, Missouri.July 27, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Louis Heninger.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Louis Heninger, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, without regard to rank, at a rate proportionate to the degree of his disability from shell wound of the knee.
