CHAP. 302.— An Act granting a pension to Benjamin Churchill.July 27, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Benjamin Churchill.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, the name of Benjamin Churchill, late a private in captain E. Wheeler’s Company, New York Militia, in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, the said soldier being now nearly one hundred years old.
Said sum to be in lieu of the pension now drawn by him under certificate numbered twenty-two thousand and nine. Approved, July 27, 1892.
