CHAP. 301.— An Act granting a pension to James Smith.July 27, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Smith.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension roll of the United States the name of James Smith, formerly orderly sergeant of Company F, Sixth Regiment United States Infantry, in the Seminole Indian war, at the rate of twenty dollars per month, subject to the rules and regulations governing pensions. Approved, July 27, 1892.
