CHAP. 294.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Margaret Brackett.July 27, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Margaret Brackett.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Mrs. Margaret Brackett, widow of Doctor James W. Brackett, late surgeon of the Ninth Regiment Illinois Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the passage of the bill. Approved, July 27, 1892.
