CHAP. 289.— An Act to pension Martha A. Beerbower.July 27, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Martha A. Beerbower.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha A. Beerbower, of West Virginia, widow of Jesse Beerbower, assistant surgeon of Third Potomac Home Brigade, in the late war, and her pension shall commence with the approval of this act. Approved, July 27, 1892.
