CHAP. 28.— An Act to determine the sessions of the circuit and district courts of the United States for the eastern district of Wisconsin.March 31, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Wisconsin, eastern judicial district. Terms. That the regular terms of the circuit and district courts of the United States for the eastern district of Wisconsin shall be held at the times and places following: At Milwaukee, on the first Mondays of January and October, and at Oshkosh on the second Tuesday of June in each year.
Sec. 2. R. S., secs. 572, 658, pp. 101. 123. That sections five hundred and seventy-two and six hundredMilwaukee. Oshkosh. and fifty-eight of the Revised Statutes, so far as they provide for different times for holding said courts, are hereby amended to conform to this act. Approved, March 31, 1892.
