CHAP. 253.— An Act to remove the charge of desertion against Charles H. Behle.March 3, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles H. Behle.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War of the United States be, and he is hereby, directed to remove the charge of desertion against Charles H. Behle, a former musician of Company K, One hundred and eighth Ohio Volunteers, and issue to him an honorable discharge from the Army of the United States. Approved, March 3, 1893.
