CHAP. 251.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Phoebe SiglerMarch 3, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Phoebe Sigler.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Phoebe Sigler, widow of Isaac M Sigler, late of Company E, First Rigiment Indiana Volunteers, old war, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1893.
